(1) At the time of commencement of this regulation, the soldiers and Huddas working in the distribution work in Jangi Asawa Khana, Palghar Branch and other agencies of the Nepali Army will automatically be grouped in the same position as the distribution work group.
(2) Before the commencement of this regulation, the military personnel who are transferred or promoted from the military general service to work under the development construction division of the Nepal Army and working under it will automatically be grouped in the same position as the military general service after the implementation of this regulation.
